Maria Graciela Molero. Production, Distribution, and Licensing
The operational and administrative success of Explorart’s Productions is assured by support of veteran media executive Maria Graciela Molero. Mrs. Molero joined Explorart after working as a senior executive for more than eight years for the Latin American division of The Walt Disney Company, the world’s largest producer of creative content. She first worked as a senior executive for special projects: Andean Pact countries, where she was responsible for incorporating Disney’s Peruvian consumer products office, and creating Disney’s 5-year strategic plans for both the Colombian and Venezuelan offices. She later worked as a senior licensing executive for Disney Consumer Products and managed the home product categories for Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Central American countries, and the Caribbean and led the successful re-launch of Disney’s home entertainment products in Venezuela and Colombia. Currently, Mrs. Molero also serves as Director of home entertainment for Cines Unidos, the Largest film distributor in Venezuela. Mrs. Molero holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rochester, New York. She is also a registered Venezuelan CPA.
